Making an early announcement to retailers, New Line/Warner has set a mid-June date for a Blu-ray release of 'Fracture.'
The 2007 thriller, starring Anthony Hopkins (in a role somewhat reminiscent of his Oscar-winning turn in 'Silence of the Lambs') and Ryan Gosling, will receive its high-def debut on June 16.
New Line previously released a special edition DVD version in early 2008.
There are no tech or supplement specs yet, but we expect a package similar to the DVD. We'll keep you posted.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $28.95.
You'll find preliminary specs for 'Fracture' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under June 16.
