Could there be a war for Nosgoth in the works?
Square Enix has registered the domain "WarFornosGoth.com," a move that suggests that the 'Legacy of Kain' series, which includes the once popular 'Soul Reaver' games, may be scheduled for a comeback. The series was last seen in 2003 where 'Legacy of Kain: Defiance' brought both Kain, the protagonist and antihero of the 'Blood Omen' games, and Raziel of the 'Soul Reaver' games into one title.
Crystal Dynamics, which is currently about to ship the new 'Tomb Raider' title, has developed all previous entries of the series and was part of Square Enix's acquisition of Eidos.
Meanwhile, Zenimax, parent of both Bethesda and id, has registered "wolfenstein-spiel.com." The last 'Wolfenstein' from 2009 was developed by Activision's Raven. A new title would likely be developed by id per Zenimax's stated plan to keep id IPs internal.
