Vevo's 75,000 HD music videos, original programming and live concerts are now viewable on Samsung TVs and Blu-ray players.
Vevo has announced support for Samsung products with a new app designed for the company's Smart TVs and Blu-ray players. Geared for television use, the app includes Vevo TV, an always on broadcast style music channel, and an extensive library of music programming.
The app also features genre stations for continuous play of specific styles of music, a simple search and browse option to easily locate the videos you're looking for, and an intelligent recommendation system that selects new music for you. Users can also sync playlists from other platforms to the app with their existing Vevo account.
The new Vevo app featuring Vevo TV and video on demand media is now available in the US, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Spain and the UK. The app is only compatible with 2012 and 2013 Samsung Smart TVs and Blu-ray players.
