007 will return to theaters in April.
MGM has finally revealed the official title for the next installment in the James Bond franchise. The upcoming movie will be called No Time to Die, and is set to premiere on April 3, 2020 in the UK and April 8, 2020 in the US.
Here's the new official plot synopsis per MGM: In No Time to Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

No Time to Die will star Daniel Craig as James Bond, Rami Malek as the movie's currently unamed villain, Ralph Fiennes as M, Naomie Harris as Eve Moneypenny, Léa Seydoux as Dr. Madeleine Swann, Ben Whishaw as Q, Jeffrey Wright as Felix Leiter, Ana de Armas as Paloma, Lashana Lynch as Nomi, and Christoph Waltz as Ernst Stavro Blofeld. This will mark Craig's fifth appearance as 007 on the big screen following his previous turns in Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall, and Spectre.
The film is being directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga. Fukunaga is best known for directing the first season of HBO's True Detective starring Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson, and Netflix's Beasts of No Nation starring Idris Elba. Likewise, he also directed the Netflix series Maniac starring Jonah Hill and Emma Stone, and is credited as one of the writers on Andy Muschietti's It.
