The new desktop 2.1 speaker system offers synchronized lighting effects and positional audio.
Logitech has revealed its latest PC speaker system. The G560 PC Gaming Speakers feature LIGHTSYNC technology to create an added sense of immersion during gameplay.
The 2.1 audio system is rated for 240 Watts Peak (120 Watts RMS) and incudes a down-firing subwoofer and two satellite speakers with lightweight, high-strength metallic drivers. In addition, the speakers incorporate LIGHTSYNC technology with RGB lighting effects that can automatically sync with the action in supported games to match explosions, damage, locations, and more. Likewise, the effects can be customized across four zones with both front and rear light projection and around 16.8 million colors. And outside of gaming, the G560 offers an Audio Visualizer for lighting effects during music as well, including a soft breathing effect for low volume playback and pulsing lights for high volume playback.
Meanwhile, the G560 also features DTS:X Ultra 1.0 technology to render a 3D soundscape with in-game positional audio and multi-dimensional surround sound playback. Connectivity options include USB, 3.5mm, and Bluetooth.
