Sony has revealed full specs for its December Blu-ray bow of the swashbuckling sequel 'Legend of Zorro,' promising a brand new Dolby TrueHD audio and all of the bonus features found on the standard-def DVD version.
As we've previously reported, Sony first alerted retailers this past September that 'Legend of Zorro' would be hitting high-def on December 11. The studio has now issued a full press release, revealing for the first time full Blu-ray specs for the $50 million-grossing follow-up to 'The Mask of Zorro.'
According to the Sony, the disc's supplemental package will be a complete port of the 2006 DVD special edition, featuring an audio commentary with director Martin Campbell and the film's cinematographer Phil Hexeul, a trio of making-of featurettes, four deleted scenes (also with optional commentary), and two multi-angle storyboard deconstructions
Tech specs include 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround audio (at 48kHz/24-bit) in both English and French, along with Dolby Digital 5.1 dubs in Spanish, Portuguese and Thai.
List price for the Blu-ray is $28.98.
