Titles going free in an apparent celebration of the fifth year of the app store.
Several games have dropped to the low, low price of free in Apple's iOS store for the first time today. The games include 'Infinity Blade 2,' 'Superbrothers: Sword and Sworcery EP,' 'Where's My Water?,' 'Badland,' and 'Tiny Wings.'
In addition to those top-tier and suddenly free games are several free apps. Apps such as 'Traktor DJ,' 'Day One,' 'Over,' and 'Barefoot World Atlas' are currently free. 'Traktor DJ' normally sells for $20, so the current savings is significant.
It has been five since the app store, and the thinking is that these free apps are part of the celebration. Either way, those interested should download the apps either through their iOS device or through iTunes while those apps are still free.
