Fox has announced a mid-January Blu-ray release for the horror thriller 'Mirrors,' which will come to high-def in an Unrated version with Digital Copy.
Starring Kiefer Sutherland and directed by Alexander Aja ('The Hills Have Eyes'), 'Mirrors' grossed nearly $30 million at the domestic box office this past summer. Fox will debut the Blu-ray on January 13, day-and-date with the standard DVD.
Tech specs will see a 112-minute unrated version of the film presented in 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround.
Confirmed extras include two featurettes ("Reflections: The Making of Mirrors," "Behind The Mirror"), deleted scenes and an alternate ending, a storyboard comparison, and Digital Copy.
Exclusive to the Blu-ray are two Bonus View picture-in-picture tracks, one a filmmaker video commentary and the second a running storyboard comparison.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.99.
