Fox has announced plans to bring the Eddie Murphy comedy 'Meet Dave' to Blu-ray this November.
Grossing a mere $12 million at the domestic box office, Fox hopes to give the Brian Robbins-directed, effects-laden comedy a second chance on video when it releases the film on blu-ray November 25 (day-and-date with the standard DVD).
Fox will present 'Meet Dave' on a BD-25 single-layer disc with 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and English DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 5.1 Surround audio. Optional French and Spanish Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround tracks are also provided, and English and Spanish subtitles.
Extras include a trio of Fox Movie Channel Presents..." TV specials, a making-of featurette, deleted scenes, alternate ending, and crew profiles.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.99.
