Sydney Pollack's 1972 western starring Robert Redford is bound for Blu-ray in May.
In an early announcement to retailers, Warner Brothers is preparing 'Jeremiah Johnson' starring Mike Myers for Blu-ray on May 1.
Redford stars as a mountain man who wishes to live the life of a hermit and becomes the unwilling object of a long vendetta by Indians when he proves to be the match of their warriors in one-to-one combat on the early frontier.
The movie was nominated for the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival and won the Bronze Wrangler at the Western Heritage Awards.
Specs and supplements have yet to be revealed, but suggested list price for the Blu-ray will be is $19.98.
