The comedy musical starring Anna Kendrick will be singing on Blu-ray this December.
In an early announcement to retailers, Universal Studios is preparing 'Pitch Perfect' for a Blu-ray release on December 18.
Beca (Kendrick), a freshman at Barden University, joins The Bellas, an all-girls acoustic singing group. Inspiring her fellow singers to transform their traditional arrangements and perfect harmonies into all-new mashups, The Bellas fight to climb their way to the top of college music competition circuit, which could either wind up being the coolest thing they'll ever do or the most insane, or perhaps a little bit of both.
Specs have yet to be revealed for the Blu-ray/DVD/Ultraviolet combo pack, but supplements include: Deleted, Extended, and Alternate Scenes; Line-O-Rama improvisational montage; Starships, the Pitch Perfect music video; Backstage at Barden profiles & interviews; On the Set: behind-the-scenes featurette; A Look Inside first-look featurette; Audio Commentary with Director Jason Moore and Producers Elizabeth Banks and Max Handelman; and Audio Commentary with Producer Paul Brooks.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $34.98.
