The action thriller starring Saoirse Ronan will take aim at Blu-ray this September.
In an early announcement to retailers, Universal Studios has slated 'Hanna' for a Blu-ray release on September 6.
The film directed by Joe Wright co-stars Cate Blanchett and Eric Bana and raked in approximately $57 million at the box office.
The Blu-ray will have 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements include: Feature Commentary with Director Joe Wright; Deleted Scenes and Alternate Ending; and Anatomy of a Scene: The Escape From Camp G: This feature breaks down the complexities of Hanna's daring escape, from getting the actors prepped to the special effects it took to make this action-packed sequence.
Blu-ray exclusives will include: Adapt or Die: This featurette reveals the intense training and acting process Saoirse Ronan went through to become Hanna; Central Intelligence Allegory: The filmmakers and cast reveal their boldly original approach to this adventure thriller; Chemical Reaction: A look at The Chemical Brothers' creative process of writing and scoring all of the music in the film, as the musicians themselves talk about their unique approach to the task of composition; The Wide World of Hanna: Join the filmmakers as they travel from icy Finland to scorching Morocco and then from empty deserts to post-punk Berlin, finding the perfect locations for HANNA; and a Hanna Promo.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is still undetermined at this time.
