The romantic comedy/fantasy from director Richard Curtis is headed for Blu-ray just in time for Valentine's Day.
In an early announcement to retailers, Universal Studios says 'About Time' will have a Blu-ray release on February 4.
The night after another unsatisfactory New Year party, Tim (Domhnall Gleeson) learns a shocking bit of news from his father (Bill Nighy). It seems the men in his family have long had the ability to travel through time. Tim can't change history, but he can change what happens and has happened in his own life. So he decides to make his world a better place... by getting a girlfriend (Rachel McAdams). But as his unusual life progresses, Tim finds out that his unique gift can't save him from the sorrows and ups and downs that affect all families. 'About Time' is a comedy about love and time travel, which discovers that, in the end, making the most of life may not need time travel at all.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements include: Feature Commentary: With Director Richard Curtis and Cast Members Domhnall Gleeson, Bill Nighy, Vanessa Kirby, Lydia Wilson and Tom Hollander; Deleted Scenes: With Introductions by Director Richard Curtis; Blooper Reel: Making Movies is a Serious Business; The "Luckiest" Music: Learn why Curtis picked Ben Folds' "The Luckiest" for About Time; and Ellie Goulding "How Long Will I Love You?"
