The modern take on 'Beauty and the Beast' will bow on Blu-ray this June.
In an early announcement to retailers, Sony says 'Beastly' is in the works for high-definition on June 28.
The film stars Alex Pettyfer as a popular, spoiled, and shallow high school student who is transformed into a grotesque creature and only has a year to find love in order to break the curse.
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, a lossless soundtrack, and supplements will include "Be Mine" Music Video by Kristina and the Dolls, A Classic Tale Retold: The Story of Beastly, Deleted Scenes/Alternate Ending, and Creating the Perfect Beast.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is set at $34.95.
