Brian De Palma's 1980 controversial thriller will be looking spiffy in some new high-def threads this September.
In an early announcement to retailers, 20th Century Fox/MGM have revealed 'Dressed to Kill' will have a Blu-ray release on September 6.
The film starring Michael Caine, Angie Dickinson, and Nancy Allen seems to have divided critical audiences receiving four Saturn Award nominations (with Dickinson winning Best Actress) and a New Female Star of the Year Golden Globe nomination for Allen, along with three Razzie nominations - Worst Actor (Caine), Worst Actress (Allen) and Worst Director (De Palma).
Specs have yet to be revealed, but the Blu-ray will include the uncut version of the movie and supplements will include The Making of Dressed to Kill; Unrated, R-Rated and TV-Rated Comparison; Slashing Dressed to Kill; An Appreciation by Keith Gordon; animated photo gallery; and theatrical trailer.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $24.99.
