Prime members can now receive free one-day shipping on select items.
Amazon recently announced plans to upgrade its free shipping offer for Prime subscribers, bringing the feature down from free two-day shipping to free one-day shipping. And as reported by SlickDeals, the retailer has already started to roll out the improved feature to some users and products.
According to Amazon's website, free one-day Prime shipping is now available for millions of items. Likewise, the offer is available without any kind of minimum total purchase price requirement. Prime subscribers simply need to look for the "FREE One-Day" logo on an item's listing page. Eligible products will then be delivered by 9 p.m. the day after they are ordered. The current selection of Prime items eligible for free one-day shipping include Amazon devices like the Fire TV Stick 4K and Echo smart speaker, along with a wide variety of household items and electronics, including a Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, a Samsung hard drive, an Apple iPad, and a Portal smart screen.

An annual Amazon Prime membership currently costs $119. Likewise, users can also opt for a monthly plan at $12.99 per month.
