'Destiny' Pre-order Beta Announced

Pre-orders net codes that must be entered at Bungie to secure beta access.

Activision has announced that the new MMO Shooter title from 'HALO' developer Bungie, 'Destiny' will have a public beta ahead of its release in 2014. Those who pre-order the game now, can secure early access to the beta, which will begin in early 2014. The game is being developed for the Xbox One, PS4, 360, and PS3.

Pre-order from select retailers including Amazon will net users a code that they need enter at https://bungie.net/beta to secure their spot for the early access beta.

From Bungie, "Players are cast as Guardians of the last city on Earth, who will traverse the ancient ruins of our solar system from the red dunes of Mars to the lush jungles of Venus. Able to wield incredible power, gamers must battle humanity's enemies and reclaim all that was lost during the collapse of mankind's Golden Age. Along with the pre-order early access beta announcement, Activision has released a new trailer.
