The hunt will begin again in September.
20th Century Fox has released a new red-band trailer for The Predator, teasing some of the film's R-rated action and profanity. The movie is the fourth entry in the Predator franchise and is set to hit theaters on September 14, 2018.
From the outer reaches of space to the small-town streets of suburbia, the hunt comes home in Shane Black's explosive reinvention of the Predator series. Now, the universe's most lethal hunters are stronger, smarter and deadlier than ever before, having genetically upgraded themselves with DNA from other species. When a young boy accidentally triggers their return to Earth, only a ragtag crew of ex-soldiers and a disgruntled science teacher can prevent the end of the human race.

The movie stars Boyd Holbrook, Trevante Rhodes, Jacob Tremblay, Keegan-Michael Key, Olivia Munn, Sterling K. Brown, Alfie Allen, Thomas Jane, Augusto Aguilera, Jake Busey, and Yvonne Strahovski. Shane Black (Iron Man 3, The Nice Guys, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang) serves as director and co-writer with Fred Dekker. Black is also best known as the writer behind Lethal Weapon.
The original Predator was released back in 1987 and starred Arnold Schwarzenegger as a US Army Major who finds himself being hunted by an extraterrestrial warrior in a South American jungle. A new 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release of the film is set to arrive on August 7.
Sequels titled Predator 2 and Predators followed in 1990 and 2010 respectively. Likewise, two cross-over films with the Alien franchise were also produced, Alien vs. Predator in 2004 and Alien vs. Predator: Requiem in 2007.
