The action-packed thriller will be available in stores just after Christmas.
In an early announcement to retailers, 20th Century Fox is working on 'Hitman: Agent 47' for Blu-ray on December 29.
Rupert Friend stars in this action-packed thriller based on the award-winning video game franchise. A genetically engineered assassin with superior intelligence and superhuman abilities, 47 (Friend), turns the tables on a sinister organization that's out to create an army of unstoppable killers with his DNA. Teaming up with a mysterious young woman (Hannah Ware), he uncovers secrets about his origins and faces an epic battle with his deadliest foe. Also starring Zachary Quinto, this gripping film is "Bond and Bourne rolled into one on steroids" (Marie Moore, The Film Strip).
The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video, lossless 7.1 audio, and supplements will include: Deleted Scenes; The Hit Counter; Re-Imagining Hitman; Ultimate Action: Staging the Fights; Hitman: Agent 47 Comic; Making of the Comic Book; Promotional Featurettes; Galleries; and Theatrical Trailers.
