'Battlestar Galactica: Season 1' Announced for Blu-ray

The first season of one of the best dramas on television will make the jump to Blu-ray in January.
Universal is readying 'Battlestar Galactica: Season 1' for a standalone Blu-ray release on January 5.
The 4-disc Blu-ray set includes all thirteen episodes and the four-hour miniseries with 1080p video, a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 soundtrack. Supplements haven't been revealed yet but they will likely consist of the same audio commentaries, featurettes, and deleted scenes found in the 'Battlestar Galactica: The Complete Series' box set.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $89.98.
