In an early announcement to retailers, Sony has revealed plans to bring the Sean Connery-Richard Gere adventure 'First Knight' to Blu-ray this April.
Originally released as a bare-bones DVD back in 1997, Sony will be re-issuing the Jerry Zucker-directed flick for the first time as a special edition this April 29, concurrently on Blu-ray and standard-def DVD.
No tech specs or supplements were available at press rime, but the full media announce for 'First Knight' is due in the coming weeks. Needless to say, we'll keep you posted.
Retail for the Blu-ray has been set at a suggested $28.95.
