Nyko at CES with the Wii U

Nyko Pro Commander joined by the Charge Station U, Uboost, Power Stand, and Charge Base Pro.

Nyko has brought an entire line-up of products for the Wii U to CES, the most intriguing of which is their Pro Controller. Their aftermarket alternative to Nintendo's' own Pro Controller, Nyko's version eschews the Nintendo's unconventional layout in favor of one exactly familiar when compared with the Xbox 360 controller layout. This at a price of $34.99, $15 cheaper than the Pro Controller.

Also on display at CES is the Charge Station U, which for $34.99 provides a dock for the GamePad along with two charging slots and battery packs for two WiiMotes.

The previously introduced UBoost may be an essential for some. It functions not only as a clip-on battery pack for the GamePad but also enables the GamePad to stand for video viewing.

Nyko's Full Press Release:

"Charge Station U

The successor to the #1 selling Charge Station for Wii, the Charge Station U stores and charges 1 Wii U GamePad and 2 Wii Remotes and includes 2 NiMH rechargeable batteries and rubberized battery covers for the remotes.

The Charge Station U utilizes an easy drop and charge system that allows you to conveniently charge your controllers while you store them so you always have full power each and every time you game. The station comes with its own AC power supply, so it I can rapidly charge all 3 controllers simultaneously.

The GamePad cradle portion of the dock is also equipped with adjustable viewing angles making it perfect for watching video content while you recharge your controllers. The Charge Station U will be available in February for a MSRP of $34.99, in both white and black.

Pro Commander

Take command of your favorite Wii U games with the Pro Commander, a Pro Controller alternative featuring traditional analog stick placement. The Pro Commander wirelessly connects to the Wii U and works with any game compatible with the Nintendo Pro Controller. The analog stick layout of the Pro Commander is akin to other popular controllers, putting the action face buttons right under the thumb while featuring fully depressible trigger buttons. The Pro Commander will be available in both white and black for a MSRP of $34.99 in February.

Nyko will also be providing hands on demonstrations of the rest of their recently announced Wii U line up including:
