'American Beauty' Blu-ray Announced in Canada

The five time Oscar winner looks like it could be hitting high-definition as soon as September!
According to the Canadian branch of Amazon, Paramount is preparing to release Sam Mendes' 'American Beauty' starring Kevin Spacey, Annette Bening, and Thora Birch on Blu-ray on September 21.
As the release is from Paramount and not Alliance (!!), it's a good bet it will be released in the United States on the same date.
Specs have yet to be revealed, but the suggested list price for the Blu-ray is $34.99 (Canadian).
