Our Blu-ray Coverage Begins with the Web's First Disc Reviews

As the Blu-ray format officially launches this week, High Def Digest
is proud to roll out the web's first reviews of the format's initial offerings.Already posted are our first three full-length, comprehensive reviews: 'The Fifth Element,' '50 First Dates' and 'xXx.' Then watch for full reviews of all of Sony's new releases to continue throughout the rest of the week.
We will also have reviews for the entire first batch of Blu-ray discs from Lionsgate, which are scheduled to street next Tuesday, June 27.
Next week will also see the posting of a new Spotlight report, with our editorial first impressions of the Blu-ray format, and how its launch has stacked up to HD DVD, which first hit stores two months ago.
