Lionsgate has unveiled final specs for its August wave of Blu-ray catalog releases, bringing 'The Doors' and 'Belly' to high-def with DTS-MA 7.1 audio and hours of bonus materials.
As originally announced last month, Lionsgate will bring both Oliver Stone's controversial 'The Doors' and the urban crime thriller 'Belly' to Blu-ray on August 12, with each enjoying their first-ever next-gen release.
The studio has now confirmed tech specs, with both receiving a BD-50 dual-layer presentation with 1080p/AVC MPEG-4 video and a DTS-HD Lossless Master Audio 7.1 Surround soundtrack.
Extras on 'The Doors' includes audio commentary with Stone, "The Road to Excess" documentary, the original production featurette, interviews with cast & crew, and 43 minutes of deleted scenes.
'Belly' features audio commentary with director Hype Williams, "Spoken Word" vignettes, deleted scenes and a music video.
Suggested retail price has been set at $29.99 each.
