Fox Sends 'From Hell' to Blu-ray Purgatory
Wed Dec 06, 2006 at 04:00 PM ETTags: Disc Announcements, Fox (all tags)
Originally due to street this week, Fox Home Entertainment has delayed the Blu-ray release of 'From Hell' with no new date announced.
The studio has not given any specific reason for the bump, but the disc has not been shelved permanently -- a new date should, hopefully, be arriving soon.

It is also expected that the disc's tech specs and supplemental features will remain unchanged when the disc finally does arrive. The delay is a disappointment as 'From Hell' was one of the few initial Fox Blu-ray titles to include Java-based content exclusive to the next-gen format.
We'll keep you posted as further word comes in, and for now we've moved 'From Hell' to the "Postponed" section of our Blu-ray Release Schedule.
