'Days of Heaven' Announced for Blu-ray

Terrence Malick's 1978 film is coming to Blu-ray in March.
The Criterion Collection says 'Days of Heaven' starring Richard Gere and Sam Shepard will be given the high-definition treatment on March 23.
The Blu-ray release will feature 1080p video, a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack, and supplements include: Audio commentary featuring Weber, art director Jack Fisk, costume designer Patricia Norris, and casting director Dianne Crittenden; New video interviews with cinematographers Haskell Wexler and John Bailey; and a booklet featuring essays by critic Adrian Martin and director of photography Nestor Almendros.
Suggested list price for the Blu-ray has been set at $39.95.
