Learn why season one was a game changer.
Some days, there are deals that almost need no explanation, and yet, right now (and for the rest of today), the Humble Store has the first season of 'The Walking Dead' for PC and Mac (Steam Code) for 75% off, which comes to just $6.24. (Order here.) For those that haven't played the game or don't own it, bear in mind that the five episode title (one season) pretty much single handedly catapulted the adventure game genre from a 90's relic to one of the hottest genres in gaming all while making Telltale one of the sexiest developers in entertainment.
The strongest criticism thrown at Telltale Games 'The Walking Dead' is that it's not really a traditional game, but more of an interactive story. That means that it's likely the most popular interactive story to date, and should Telltale score again when their 'Game of Thrones' title releases, this interactive story entertainment medium will have proven that it is here to stay.
