"They want the destination; we want the journey."
'Train Simulator 2014,' the latest iteration of Railsimulator.com's series of train enthusiast PC games, is releasing tomorrow for the PC.
From Railsimulator.com, "This latest iteration in the genuine locomotive driving experience franchise brings a host of innovations and improvements to the game, including a redesigned career system, interface, graphical and performance updates, and new and refined creation tools. Google Earth integration enables highly detailed and diverse routes to come to life quickly and easily. Furthermore, an improved marketplace makes it even simpler to share and obtain new content. With over 100 pieces of downloadable content to choose from via Steam, players can create the digital train set they’ve always dreamed of."
To help celebrate the release of the new game, Railsimulator.com has put together a video narrated by Sean Bean that is meant to illuminate the passion of rail fans.
Owners of earlier versions of 'Train Simulator' are able to update to 'Train Simulator 2014' for free, and the new game already has a DLC expansion on the way, 'Pacific Surfliner.'
