The company is now taking crowdfunding orders for its music player.
Nativ has announced the upcoming launch of its new high-resolution music system. The Nativ Vita is an innovative music player with an 11.6 inch touch screen and support for a variety of music platforms and formats.
"Nativ is a great addition for anyone that loves music." says Michael Li, CEO and Co-Founder of Nativ. "From audiophiles with high-performance audio and A/V systems to the casual music fan with wireless speaker solutions. Nativ enhances your existing gear with great new features and allows you to experience music like never before."
The Nativ Vita music player features an 11.6 inch high resolution IPS touchscreen display for convenient navigation. The device offers support for popular services and technologies like Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, Apple Airplay, Google Cast, and Bluetooth aptX. Users can also play music from their Mac, PC or NAS through the player's 802.11ac and Gigabit networking technology. Network music libraries can also be navigated with the pre-installed music interface from Roon and large music libraries can be stored directly on the integrated hard disk or SSD drives with up to 4TB capacity. In addition, the Nativ Vita also supports music video playback with streaming support to a TV via HDMI or wirelessly through Google Cast.
The player is compatible with virtually any wireless headphones or speakers. Likewise, music can be delivered in bit-perfect quality to A/V receivers or DACs through the asynchronous USB interface or four high quality outputs for SPDIF and AES/EBU. The player is also designed for high res audio and supports DSD playback up to 11.2896 MHz (Quad-DSD), DXD and PCM files up to 32-bit/384 kHz. Finally, the device features a built-in multidirectional microphone with a voice control option.
The Nativ Vita is now available for pre-order through the company's Indiegogo crowdfunding campaign. During the campaign, the Nativ Vita will be available in limited quantities for as low as $699. Units are expected to ship in October 2016.
