Finally coming out of Early Access.
TT Games' answer to 'Minecraft' has been in Early Access since February of this year, and now Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment have announced that 'Lego Worlds' will be fully released in 2017. Alongside completion also comes console versions as the game will become available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on February 21st. To celebrate the announcement, the publisher put out a new trailer (which can be sen below) that shows off the game's mantra of "explore, discover and create together."
"In 'Lego Worlds,' players will go on an exciting journey to become a Master Builder, in an open-world made completely of LEGO®-built environments," said TT Games' Head of Production Jonathan Smith. "Whether customising characters, exploring in vehicles, building structures, or discovering an expansive range of items, characters and creatures throughout the worlds, there’s the freedom to create anything imaginable."
The publisher also announced that the PlayStation 4 version of the game will receive DLC first. A 'Lego Agents' DLC pack, which will feature new characters, vehicles and weapons, will out on PS4 for 90 days until it becomes available on other platforms.
'Lego Worlds' is available now in Early Access on PC. It's set to fully launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on February 21st in North America and February 24th in Europe.
