The Kinect isn't dead, yet.
Harmonix's latest, 'Dance Central Spotlight,' will release exclusively to the Xbox One on Sept. 2. The game, while utilizing the Kinect, is also sort of a new initiative for the mega-popular franchise, going digital-only and at a very cheap starting price. It's only $10, but it also only comes with 10 songs, the rest up for digital purchase. The starter list:
Avicii - "Wake Me Up"
Cher Lloyd - "I Wish"
David Guetta ft. Sia - "Titanium"
Jason Derulo ft. 2 Chainz - "Talk Dirty"
Kid Ink ft. Chris Brown - "Show Me"
Lorde - "Royals"
OneRepublic - "Counting Stars"
Pharrell Williams - "Happy"
Rihanna - "Diamonds"
Will.i.am ft. Justin Bieber - "#thatPOWER"
Harmonix promises over 50 other tracks available for purchase at launch day. Any tracks from Harmonix's past Xbox 360 'Dance Central' games that a player already owns will be available for free in 'Dance Central Spotlight,' granted they're ported into the game at some point.
