The Fullbright Company working with Midnight City publisher on platform choice.
'Gone Home,' the indie hot and self-described "story exploration video game," will be making the leap from the PC,/Mac/Linux platforms to the consoles. Details as to which consoles and when have not yet been disclosed, but the partnered publisher is Midnight City.
Midnight City is an indie-focused publishing arm of veteran publisher and PC champion, Majesco. In its short history, Midnight City has published on the PS3 and 360, but it's possible that 'Gone Home' could come to the PS4 and Xbox One.
'Gone Home' has been a critical darling, but has drawn some ire as for a less-than intensive style of gameplay. The game's jump to the console should provided further perspective.
