A unique look for sure.
Today, Warner Bros. and Netherrealms announced, not one, but multiple special editions for the upcoming 'Mortal Kombat X.' The most notable of which is the 'Mortal Kombat X Kollector's Edition by Coarse.' At $149.99, this ornate box includes the game, a certificate and a Scorpion Figurine designed by Coarse. This figure does not match the standard style of the Scorpion that will ship will all copies of 'Mortal Kombat X,' but for those that go with the Coarse Kollector's Edition, there is an in-game skin for Scorpion that matches the statue. Finally, this version includes the Kombat pack, which will include four playable characters (iconic guests and Klassic MK Kombatants) ithat are likely to be released in the months after the game as well as themed skin packs. (The Kombat Pack is the game's version of a season pass.)
The 'Mortal Kombat X Kollector's Edition by Coarse' is available to order at Gamestop now, and other outlets should follow.
Also available to order now is the Gamestop exclusive 'Mortal Kombat X Limited Edition.' At $99.99, this version includes the game, the Kombat Pack, a GameStop exclusive Cold War Scorpion skin as well as special key art.
There is also a non-Coarse Kollector's Edition, which will include its own Scorpion statue, the game in a steel pack case, the Kombat pack, a Scorpion skin, and the 'Mortal Kombat X: Blood Ties' comic book.
