Gameplay. Interviews. Bears. Oh my.
The road to 'Far Cry Primal' is a swift one. It was just announced in October, and three months later, we've already got a complete enough build where a community livestream has taken place. And it's a super extensive one as well, showing off not just oodles of new gameplay--everything from beating folks to death with bone clubs, to taming animals and forcing them to kill at your command--but also a ton of making-of goodness straight from the mouths of the devs.
The verdict, so far, is a thumbs up, by the way. Without the series' consistent attempts to one-up Vaas, and no dudebro protagonist, the series seems is stripped down to its best elements, while adding the ability to ride around on a frickin' bear. We'll see if the game can do its fantastic premise justice on february 23rd. Till then, clear two hours off your schedule, and check this out.
