Kevin Spacey has gone gold.
Not unlike 'Destiny' or last year's 'Ghosts,' 'Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare' is a huge game for Activision and the publisher understands that the new installment needed a real hook. In fact, the game has lots of hooks, what with Activision alleviating the Treyarch/Infinity Ward two year dev cycle with an installment built by Sledgehammer Games over the past three years. The new game is full of not-too-distant future tech, the thrust of the future meaning threat detection grenades, the mobile barricades, directed energy weapons, hover bikes, hover tanks, and the "game-changer" exoskeleton, which has cloaking abilities, Overdrive (bullet-time), and boosted jump among its many abilities.

'MotoGP 14' has finally made the journey overseas. This is the long-tenured series next-gen debut, and by all European accounts, the racing is as good as ever.
It's finally time for "the fastest way to learn guitar," 'Rocksmith 2014' to debut on the PS4 and Xbox One. The new console version includes the Rocksmith Real Tone Cable which allows a guitar to connect via 1/4" to USB to the consoles. The game includes 50 tracks with more than 300 available as DLC and more to still to come.
These new versions promise 1080p rendering, and for those upgrading from the PS3 and 360, the DLC can imported for free, provided that the user is moving either from the 360 to the One or the PS3 to the PS4.
The PS4 version supports Remote Play on the Vita, explicitly for the purpose of viewing songs. "Players can view songs at a locked mastery level without any scoring or input required; this is perfect for players looking to review a song in its entirety without feedback, study specific sections of songs or practice in another room when it’s more convenient."
The Wolf Among Us (Xbox One, PS4, Vita)
Telltale's excellent 'The Wolf Among Us' started off a bit weak but only got stronger and now is hitting the PS4, Xbox On, and Vita as one complete five episode edition (disc and downloadable versions). The series is a triumph for Telltale and shouldn't be missed regardless of reader familiarity with the 'FABLES' comic series.
High-Def Digest reviewed all five 'The Wolf Among Us' episodes on the PC. Here are the reviews:
'Faith'
Smoke and Mirrors'
'A Crooked Mile'
'In Sheep's Clothing'
'Cry Wolf'
'The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth' is a remake of 2011 indie classic. Randomly generated rooms and a mess of bizarre, weapons, abilities, and enemies have made the game a hit, and now a new engine, new soundtrack, and some new platforms will see a whole new audience get a chance to get addicted to Isaac's play for freedom.
