And 'Overwatch' PC preorderers get first dibs.
Blizzard announced this weekend that Tracer, the British gunslinger from the developer's upcoming team shooter 'Overwatch,' will make her debut in Blizzard's MOBA 'Heroes of the Storm' at the end of the month, appearing in her first cameo before her own game even sees a full release.
Tracer will first be available in the MOBA on April 19, given to players who have preordered the PC version of 'Overwatch' through Battle.net (or those who do so before April 19). Tracer will then launch for all 'Heroes of the Storm' players to purchase a week later, on April 26.
Players who have preordered 'Overwatch' on other platforms will still be given Tracer in 'Heroes of the Storm,' but they'll have to wait until 'Overwatch' launches on May 24 to receive her.
In terms of playstyle, Tracer is a high-mobility Assassin, with the unique ability to move while attacking. You can see her fast-paced gameplay in the "In Development" video below.
