Short version: Don't get too close to Quiet.
A few days ago, Konami discovered a pretty major bug in 'The Phantom Pain' where saves would be corrupted if you had Quiet as a buddy in Episodes 29 or 42. Their solution right then was to just not use Quiet during those missions. Today, Konami's providing a little more of a band-aid for the issue.
Apparently, whatever bug that triggers the glitch doesn't happen if A: you keep a Butterfly Emblem on during the entirety of the mission, or B: you avoid raising your Bond level with Quiet to Max during the course of those two missions in particular. That's at least until Konami comes out with a proper patch for the problem, which they swear they're working on. Well, it's not like Quiet's gonna say anything about it, right?
