Like 'Borderlands'. But wacky. Wackier, anyway.
Because this is clearly the year E3 doesn't die, there are more long-play videos showing off new titles. This time, it's 2K dropping 23 weird and wild minutes of their new one, 'Battleborn'. Many a journalist has tried to communicate in words just what the hell it is Randy Pitchford's crew is up to with this without eyes rolling. Now, seeing it in motion? Yeah. You should be on board. Take a look.
"The gameplay demo follows a team of five heroes on the planet Bliss as they infiltrate an old Peacekeeper base and attempt to close a portal that's allowing the evil Varellsi to enter the Solus system. This gameplay demonstration is one part of a larger chapter in Battleborn's modular Story Mode, which can be played solo, or by up-to five people co-operatively when it ships this winter on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC."
