Post E3, Ubisoft's open world shooter all smiles.
With 'Far Cry 4,' Ubisoft made the decision to announce the game in a manner designed to get some buzz going ahead of a proper reveal, which followed at E3. And the game did get buzz, but it wasn't all good as the mere appearance of the box art was enough to incite an loud backlash. Fortunately, with a series of reveals of the actually gameplay and story footage, not to mention details involving the co-op, the buzz shafted back to the game.
The entire "play co-op with one version of the game on PlayStation platforms" alone was enough to ignite a positive buzz. The game's opening five minutes is compelling as well. Ultimately, the game did so well at E3 that Ubisoft decided that it needed a new montage.
