Several new affordable projector models have been detailed.
Epson has revealed five additions to its Home Cinema projector lineup. The new models include the Home Cinema 660 ($359), Home Cinema 760HD ($549), Home Cinema 1060 ($649), Home Cinema 2100 ($849), and Home Cinema 2150 ($899).
The Home Cinema 660, 760HD and 1060 are geared toward users on a budget or small spaces. All three models use 3LCD tech and offer support for images up to 300-inches. Likewise, the lineup features up to 3,300 lumens of color and white brightness, up to a 15,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, compact and portable designs for flexible installation, integrated sound, HDMI connectivity, and Easy-Slide Horizontal Image Correction.
Meanwhile, the Home Cinema 2100 and 2150 offer Full HD performance best suited for living rooms and outdoor parties. Both models offer support for 2,500 lumens of color brightness and white brightness, built-in sound, 1.6x zoom, 3LCD technology, and vertical lens shift. The 2100 features a contrast ratio of 30,000:1 and the 2150 offers a contrast ratio of 60,000:1. In addition, the 2150 also adds wireless capabilities with screen mirroring support via Miracast to wirelessly stream photos, videos, and apps from an Android mobile device or a Windows PC.
