Dropping this July.
From Codemasters and Bandai Namco comes 'F1 2015,' the first installment of the legendary Formula 1 game series on the PS4 and Xbox One, and the first installment to feature the series' new game engine. In the past, Codemasters 'F1' installments have been both fun and challenging, and a must-have for fans of the world's premiere autosport. With 'F1 2015' players will be able to play both the 2015 FIA Formula One World Championship and, as a bonus, the 2014 FIA Formula One World Championship.
Codemasters is also promising regular updates as the real life season progresses. One thing key to know versus past installments is that one of the game's goals is offer a great amount of depth for the veteran player while still being able to introduce new players into the series, which is even more important in this new console era. In addition to the big Championship Season and Pro Season modes, 'F1 2015' will let players access online practice sessions in route to taking on their online rivals.
'F1 2015' is also coming to the PC, and all three versions are set for a July 21st release date.
Amazingly, the PS4 and Xbox One wheel support for 'F1 2015' is quite robust (along with the normal hearty PC support).
