Golfers can now improve their swing with a new streaming app.
Callaway Golf has announced the launch of Callaway TV. The OTT app features exclusive streaming golf content, and is now available for Roku and Apple TV platforms.
"Our content distribution system is built on purposeful and constant engagement within golfers' natural consumption activity, and this now includes streaming content in their homes," said Scott Goryl, Director, Global Communications. "Engaging our audience anytime, anywhere is part of the overall content strategy; and we won't stop here."
The Callaway TV app includes access to a variety of golf content, including instructional videos, equipment deep dives, and behind the scenes clips from golf events and Pro Tour. In addition, the service also offers exclusives like the '30 Seconds to Better' instructional series and 'Hank Haney's Next Project.'
Here's a full rundown of video categories that users can browse:
- 30 Seconds to Better (instructional series)
- Callaway Live (regular live show broadcast from Callaway HQ)
- Featured Products
- How to Play it (instructional series)
- The Fun Stuff (partner content — Dude Perfect, VICE Sports, Geoff Shackelford, Paige Spiranac, Bryan Bros)
- Wedgeducation w/ Tom Watson (short game instructional series)
"Callaway Live, for example, is about unscripted and lively conversations with people connected in some way to golf," says Harry Arnett, SVP, Marketing, Callaway Golf Company, and host of the regular live show. "And the show allows us to creatively pivot toward more innovative content formats, giving our audience insider access in a way that suits its interests and its viewing behavior."
Golf enthusiasts can now download the Callaway TV app for Roku and Apple TV devices.
