North American 'Black Mirror' titles may not be far off.
Nordic Games, herald of the 'Darksiders' IP among others, has acquired the adventure game IP 'Black Mirror.' 'Black Mirror' debuted in 2003 as a deep third-person horror adventure title, that was later followed up by two lesser sequels 2009's 'Black Mirror II' and 2011's 'Black Mirror III.'
Reinhard Pollice, Business & Product Development Director at Nordic Games, "We are expanding the portfolio of our The Adventure Company division with yet another great adventure brand. Black Mirror will be seamlessly integrated in our adventure line-up and we are looking forward to what the future holds for it."
With Nordic in charge, there's a chance that the franchise may be able to capitalize on the series original design and execution, which has achieved cult status. Likewise, new entries have serious potential for a North American.
