New armies, weapons and maps, oh my!
Unsurprisingly, Electronic Arts is planning to support 'Battlefield 1' with plenty of paid DLC. A ton of content will be added to the multiplayer-focused title, including 16 multiplayer maps, 20 weapons, and additional vehicles. These updates will be spread out into four upcoming expansion packs. Those that want to make sure they don't miss anything that 'Battlefield 1' has to offer after its October 21st release, will want to purchase the 'Battlefield 1 Premium Pass.'
Costing players $50, the 'Premium Pass' will not only allow owners to play each expansion, they'll also get to experience it two weeks earlier than anyone else. Additionally, dedicated players will also receive 14 exclusive dog tags they'll receive over the course of 'Battlefield 1's DLC rollout. This is all on top of the added playable classes & game modes that will be added in the expansions, and the ability to play as both the French army and the Russian Empire.
A full list of what the 'Premium Pass' entails can be found over at 'Battlefield 1's official website.
'Battlefield 1' is set to release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 21st.
