Warner has confirmed final specs for '2010: The Year We Make Contact,' which will land on Blu-ray this April as a feature-starved release.
As previously reported, Warner set an April 7 high-def debut for the critically-mauled sequel to Stanley Kubrick's legendary '2001: A Space Odyssey.'
Full specs are now in, with the film receiving a BD-25 single-layer presentation with 1080p/VC-1 video and English Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Surround audio.
Likely disappointing fans hoping for a fresh special edition, Warner will only include the film's original promotional featurette and theatrical trailer as extras.
Suggested retail price for the Blu-ray has been set at $28.95.
You'll find final specs for '2010: The Year We Make Contact' linked from our Blu-ray Release Schedule, where it's indexed under April 7.
