The Chinese smartphone now holds the record for the world's thinnest design.
Vivo has detailed it latest mobile handset. The X5Max features an ultra-thin 4.75mm aluminum frame.
Even with its impressive size, the smartphone still offers solid power and features, including a 5.5-inch 1080p Super AMOLED display. Under the hood, the device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chip, 2GB of RAM, 16 GB of storage, and a 2,000mAh battery. A 5MP front-facing camera and a 13MP rear camera are integrated as well, along with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The X5Max will be available in China on December 12 for about $490. A possible release in more markets, including the US, has not been announced yet.
