The company will be revealing new games, apps and maybe more.
If you're a Vita fanatic, or if you just happen to be up early/late next Friday, you can check out Sony's live stream of PlayStation Vita Game Heaven. The event is being held in Japan at 8pm, which means east coasters awake at 6:00am on Friday can tune in, while West coast folks will have it to watch at 3:00am. If you're in the middle, you can math out the difference yourself. Simply pop on over to the Game Heaven site when the time comes.
We're going to go ahead and assume that the broadcast will be entirely in Japanese, but videogames are a language all their own, and we'll certainly be able to get a solid look at what's in store for Vita owners. Sony says there are at least 70 games in the works, so there's definitely a lot to see.
We're also hoping that we'll finally see PSone Classics coming to the Vita. That would certainly make PS3 and PSP owners happy, especially if they sunk money into games they'd like to play in a portable form.
