Confirming recent rumors, Universal Studios Home Entertainment has officially announced specs and a November HD DVD debut for 'I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry.'
Earlier this month the studio teased us with only preliminary release details for the $120 million-grossing Adam Sandler comedy, without providing an exact street date and meager specs.
Now, they've confirmed a widely rumored November 6 day-and-date arrival on both HD DVD and standard-def DVD, though sadly supplements remain slim.
The only announced bonus features on the HD DVD/DVD combo are deleted scenes and alternate takes, plus an outtake reel. Exclusive "U-Control" extras were originally expected but so far remain unconfirmed -- we'll keep you posted.
Tech specs include 1080p/VC-1 video and Dolby TrueHD and Dolby Digital-Plus 5.1 surround tracks.
An HD DVD/DVD combo release, Universal has set a $39.98 price tag for 'Chuck & Larry.
You'll find disc details for 'I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry' linked from our HD DVD Release Schedule, where it is indexed under November 6.
