'Far Cry Compilation' Announced

Brings three 'Far Cry' titles together for the PS3.

Ubisoft has announced a new bundle of great games for the PS3 in the form of the 'Far Cry Compilation.'

To be clear, this compilation does not include the original Crytek-developed 'Far Cry' or its various offshoots, rather, the more recent trio of Ubisoft gems, including 'Far Cry 2,' 'Far Cry 3,' and 'Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon.'

While Ubisoft has described the compilation as celebrating 'Far Cry's 10-year anniversary, two of the included games are quite recent and even 'Far Cry 2' is only a few years old. More likely, this compilation will give the consumers a chance to physically purchase a copy of the 80's inspired fan-favorite 'Far Cry 2: Blood Dragon' along with the two other titles.

Ubisoft has confirmed that all three titles will physically be on-disc, rather than the mix of disc and download codes of similar re-releases.
